Each year the school prioritises its funding needs; the majority of PTFA funds are spent on resources to enhance our children’s learning environment and often teaching resources in response to curriculum changes. The PTFA committee are guided by both the teaching staff and the school pupil council on how to spend funds raised. An example includes the Outdoor Classroom which was built and funded by the PTFA in 2023, following a request for ‘an outdoor learning space’ by the school pupil council.

The PTFA funding strategy includes an inclusion fund to support parents and carers who find some activities unaffordable. The allocation of these funds is at the discretion of the school.  Please contact the Headteacher for more details.
